Ok..here I go! Let's give this journal thingie a try.
So far today I've slept in and ate breakfast--1/2 cup cottage cheese and 3 pineapple slices. I'm still kinda hungry but I'll try to survive til lunch. I weighed in at 224 1/2 again this morning. Not good...means I'm up 1/2 lb since Thursday. But hopefully, I'll stick with it today and be back down to at least 224 tomorrow. I'm also hoping the stupid scale is off again...lol I think I should go buy a digital scale tomorrow. We'll see... I hate to buy a digital one and find out the one I'm using is off and I weigh more than I think I do. But it would make weighing-in a whole lot easier. Oh well...off to catch up on the board and then to get everything done. I AM going to exercise today. I've been slacking off too much lately. See you later!
